Dan Plimmer
Managing Director
A qualified small craft designer and toolmaker, Dan brings over 20 years’ experience in the boatbuilding industry, spanning composite race boat construction, plug and tool making, and superyacht fairing. Holding NVQ Level 5, he is also an A1-certified NVQ training assessor.
Symeon
Technical Specialist
With 30 years’ experience in engineering and mechanics, Symeon manages PAT testing, tool upkeep, and detailed project components. He ensures stock materials and consumables are accurately tracked and ordered on schedule.
Nik
Project Manager
A master boatbuilder with over 35 years’ experience, Nik trained MD Dan Plimmer before moving into project management for major theme park builds. Back in the marine sector, he brings energy, precision, and meticulous planning to every project.
